- SYMPTOM

- Arcserve users may experience the Abend: CloseScreen called with a screen
- that is still being used when either ASTOP or UNLOAD ARCSERVE is entered at
- the server console.

- SOLUTION
-
- The NetWare v4.02 Errata states that the problem is solved in one of two ways:
-
- 1. Unload Arcserve by choosing "Unload and Exit" from the Arcserve
- Scheduler Screen. Then type ASTOP.
-
- or
-
- 2. Download LIBUP4.EXE from NetWire NOVLIB 14.
-
- At the present time solution # 1 must be used as a work around to this
- problem. Please contact Novell Technical Support (1-800-NETWARE) for more
- information about the availability of LIBUP4.EXE.
