  29. Arcserve users may experience the Abend:  CloseScreen called with a screen
  30. that is still being used when either ASTOP or UNLOAD ARCSERVE is entered at
  31. the server console.

  33. SOLUTION
  34.  
  35. The NetWare v4.02 Errata states that the problem is solved in one of two ways:
  36.  
  37.     1.  Unload Arcserve by choosing "Unload and Exit" from the Arcserve
  38. Scheduler Screen.  Then type ASTOP.
  39.         
  40.         or
  41.  
  42.     2.  Download LIBUP4.EXE from NetWire NOVLIB 14.
  43.  
  44. At the present time solution # 1 must be used as a work around to this
  45. problem.  Please contact Novell Technical Support (1-800-NETWARE) for more
  46. information about the availability of LIBUP4.EXE.
